E-Commerce Systems

E-Commerce & Marketplace Systems

Marketplace growth looks healthy until fees, returns, and settlement gaps erase margin. Operators inherit five panels and a spreadsheet — then guess which SKUs actually earn.

What it is

Designed as a system, not a deliverable

We design operator systems for Indian marketplace sellers and e-commerce teams — profit visibility, reconciliation workflows, catalog operations, and the handoffs between listing, fulfillment, and money. SellerOS is our pre-launch product expression of this work.

Our approach

How we engage

  1. Read-only truth first

Connect channels and validate margin and settlement pictures before automating writes or changing daily ops.

  2. SKU-level economics

Contribution margin by SKU, category, and channel — with fee drill-down operators can act on.

  3. Reconciliation as a workflow

Match statements to orders, attach evidence, and rank recovery work by rupee impact.

  4. Multi-tenant when agencies scale

Architecture that supports many seller orgs without forking the codebase per brand.

FAQ

Common questions

Is SellerOS already live?

No. SellerOS is pre-launch. We design client e-commerce systems using the same operator-first principles — read-only validation before writes.

Which marketplaces do you focus on?

Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho for Indian operators. Additional channels are scoped per engagement.

Do you provide accounting or tax advice?

No. We design operational systems and reconciliation workflows. Final accounting decisions stay with your CA or finance team.

Can you build custom seller tools outside SellerOS?

Yes. Engagements can target internal dashboards, connector runtimes, or workflow tools — scoped to your operator model.
